Contest rules and regulations
Creative Concepts International Inc. (the "Contest Holder") is holding a contest titled " Dream Concert Giveaway ".

Conditions
By entering this contest, each qualifier agrees to and is deemed to have accepted all terms, conditions, rules and regulations contained herewith.

The Contest Holder agrees to apply said terms, conditions, rules and regulations. All decisions of the contest managers are final.

Contest period
The contest is open October 21, 2005 at 12:01 a.m. and closes on October 20, 2006 at 11:59 p.m.

How to enter
For entry without purchase, the entrant must complete the online registration form available on the following web page:

Entrants must submit their online entry form prior to 11:59 p.m. (ET) on October 20, 2006. Entry is limited to one per person, per household.

Determination of winner
The contest drawing will take place at Lucidia Studios Ltd, located at 123 March Street, Suite 301, Sault Ste. Marie, ON at 12:01 p.m. (EST) on

The winner will be determined through the following process:

• On the day of the draw, all the entries will be compiled into one list.

This list will be sorted randomly by a software program that will in turn create a list of entrants. The name listed first on the randomly sorted list will be declared the contest winner. The winner will be contacted by phone on the day of the draw. If the selected entrant is not available, a message will be left for them. The selected Entrant will have 48 hours from the time of the call to contact the Contest Holder and claim his (her) prize and be officially made the winner. Should the Selected Entrant fail to contact the organizers within that time frame, he (she) will be automatically disqualified and the first runner up

• will then named Selected Entrant and will be subject to the same conditions to qualify as winner.

Delivery of prize

Prize description
The prize is a return rail trip for two in Comfort class, in the VIA Rail Canada Network (system-wide) a $250.00 Ticketmaster Gift Certificate (not valid in Quebec) and 2 nights accommodation, at a hotel property chosen byVIA Rail Canada Inc.. Prize is valued at $1,500.00

This prize does not include:

• Transportation to or from the winners home to the nearest VIA Rail station.
• Parking
• Personal expenses;
• Meals or beverages
• Car rentals.
• Any other incidental expenses

The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be transferred, exchanged, cashed or returned for refund.

Rights of use and limitation of liability
The contest winner, as well as the person chosen by him (her) to take part in the prize, must consent to the use, as required, of their name and photo for publicity purposes related to this contest, without remuneration.

Refusal to accept a prize releases the Contest Holder from any obligation connected with that prize.

The Contest Holder does not assume any responsibility whatsoever in any case where its inability to act is the result of a fact or situation beyond its control, including a strike, lock-out or other labour dispute in its establishments or those of its partners providing any portion of the prize, where such fact or situation affects services required for the present contest.

The Contest Holder assumes no responsibility for lost or late ballots, or for errors on entrants' ballots, printing errors or any other errors.
